IF continues to advance Thailand’s coconut water industry through an investment of more than THB 40 million in Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (IRMS), a globally recognized technology used to verify the authenticity of coconut water through molecular-level isotope analysis.

IRMS analyzes the isotope ratios of key elements that serve as the natural signature of coconut water. In particular, Carbon-13 (C-13) is used to detect the addition of sugars from external sources, while Oxygen-18 (O-18) helps verify the authenticity of natural coconut water and identify the presence of added water. This scientific approach enables precise differentiation between genuine natural coconut water and products that may contain adulterated ingredients affecting their purity.

With the capabilities of IRMS technology, IF can verify the authenticity of coconut water from the raw material stage before it enters the production process. This strengthens quality assurance throughout the supply chain, ensuring that every bottle meets rigorous quality control standards and can be scientifically traced and verified.

On May 14, 2026, General Beverage Co., Ltd. and Innovative Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. joined hands to bring joy and support to children at the Thailand Association for the Welfare of Orphans.

This initiative was made possible through donation contributions collected during the recent Songkran Festival campaign, totaling THB 16,800. In addition, Vitaday and IF donated 240 bottles of beverages valued at THB 7,200 and hosted a special lunch for the children.
